Over lunch one afternoon, our founders discovered they were both craving a meaningful career shift, something aligned with their passion for investigations and brand protection. A five-minute conversation filled with frustration about industry gaps sparked a simple but powerful idea: to build their own firm dedicated to ethical, reliable, and intelligent brand protection.
BrandProCare was created with a clear belief–Every brand, big or small, deserves to operate in a market free from deception. Through their experience, they realised that most organisations struggled with inconsistent intelligence, delayed insights, and a lack of dependable investigation partners.
So, they set out to change that.

With two years of experience in the brand protection and IP investigation industry, Divanshu brings a sharp analytical approach and a research-driven mindset to BrandProCare. He is skilled at identifying infringement issues, preparing clear and detailed case reports, and presenting information in a way that helps clients make informed decisions. His curiosity, discipline, and ability to understand new trends make him an integral part of the company’s growing investigative framework.

Senior Investigator
With over 25 years of experience in the brand protection and IP investigation industry, Suriender is a dedicated, disciplined, and courageous senior investigator who has been with us since the inception of our firm. Known as the “Mr. Dependable” of our team, he is always ready to take on new challenges and still works with a child-like enthusiasm that inspires everyone around him.

Stanley brings 20+ years of diversified experience in brand protection and enforcement operations. Known for his patience, clarity of thought, and immaculate documentation skills, he is the go-to person when a case needs both precision and practical wisdom. Whether it’s a complex enforcement operation or a sensitive market inquiry, Stanley handles it with unmatched professionalism.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in field investigations, Vipin is one of our most sharp-eyed and resourceful investigators. His strength lies in his ability to blend strategic thinking with ground-level agility, making him exceptionally effective in high-pressure situations. Vipin’s calm approach, quick judgment, and commitment to delivering accurate findings make him a reliable pillar of our investigation team.

Sandeep is the money man of our firm — accurate, organised, and always on top of every number.
